Day 1 Welcome

Arrival in Cairo and then shift to the hotel.

Day 2 Memphis & pyramids at Giza

Step back in time to Memphis, the ancient capital, and then explore the Pyramids of Giza along with the Solar Boat Museum. Gape in wonder at the gigantic dimensions of the Sphinx and the other wonders created by human hands.

Day 3 Egyptian Museum

The first stop of your tour package will be the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which is where the majority of King Tut’s treasures are kept. Then, continue your walk from Bab el-Fotouh to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, where you can enjoy a local lunch. Afterward, visit the Mosque and Madrasah of Sultan Hassan.

Day 4 Coptic Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel and then, you will see the ancient places and the culture of Coptic Christians where you will get to know a lot about the Christian life in Egypt. Visiting Coptic Cairo, you will find yourself in the midst of Islamic Cairo with your visit to the historic Fatimid era, which is the entrance to the old city where you will be able to see mosques, houses, and palaces as well as local markets.

Day 5 Fly into Luxor

Upon landing at Luxor, proceed to board your dahabieh for subsequent exploration. Begin with visits to Luxor Temple, Temple of Karnak, and the Luxor Museum.

Day 6 Valley of the Kings

You will see the Valley of the Kings, Tombs of the Nobles, and the well-preserved Workers' Tombs. Sail to Esna

Day 7 Edfu

After exploring the Temple of Khnum you shall sail to Edfu to visit its temple, the best preserved temple in Egypt.

Day 8 Nubian Museum

To see the Temple of Horemheb, sail through the Gebel Silsileh. Go to the Nubian Museum, or visit the Spice Market-very famous.

Day 9 Abu Simbel

A journey by air to Abu Simbel will get you to see the temples of Ramses II, the longest ruling pharaoh of ancient Egypt. Then after that, a flight back to Aswan will take you for a visit to the Temple of Calabash and the Temple of Philae.

Day 10 Kom Ombo

Touring in Kom Ombo to encounter a twain-god temple for the implementation of Sobek, the crocodile- god and Haroeris, the falcon god.

Day 11 Tombstones and Temples

El-Kab explores a temple and a tomb, and it is lowly visited because it is a fringe city of the beginning of the Dynastic Period.

Day 12 Guide to Cairo

Be in Cairo this morning, and spend the afternoon leisurely.

Thank you Egypt Promotion Tours!

I was really excited about going to Egypt, but I had concerns that the company might not be legitimate or that the trip wouldn’t include everything promised after making an upfront payment.
