Start point Pick-up Transfer from Airports, Roma, Rome, Italy Your Italian discovery begins the moment you land. A private driver will meet you at Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino Airport for your stress-free arrival. Your hotel transfer will start at your scheduled check-in time that begins after 02:00pm. You have complete freedom to spend the entire day according to your preferences because you can either choose to rest after your traveling or go outside to explore the first sights of the Eternal City. You can take a casual walk through the nearby piazza while you enjoy your first real Italian espresso and experience the lively atmosphere of Rome.

Our luxurious Gran Turismo coach takes us from Rome to Italy's Italian countryside for our first stop at Assisi which serves as a peaceful hilltop sanctuary. The medieval town which exists within its ancient walls presents a peaceful atmosphere for visitors to experience. The sacred lanes of this area will be open for your exploration during your free time but we suggest you visit the Basinica of St. Francis which UNESCO recognizes as a World Heritage site to see Giotto and Cimabue's revolutionary frescoes that depict the life story of the beloved saint.

The journey continues after the group finishes their lunch break which does not include any costs. The beautiful city of Siena represents the everlasting beauty of Tuscany which we will visit after our journey. The city exists as a complete medieval experience which showcases its Gothic buildings and Piazza del Campo street which features a shell-shaped square that many consider to be the world's most beautiful. The street system of the city allows visitors to discover its charming areas while they experience the authentic historical atmosphere that exists throughout the entire city.

Florence serves as our next destination which represents the starting point of the Renaissance period. Your hotel check-in process will begin as soon as you arrive. The included dinner will be served to you before your overnight stay begins so that you can prepare for your upcoming artistic explorations.

The Renaissance birthplace of Florence will be revealed to you during a guided tour which begins after your breakfast meal. Your exploration of the city begins at its central religious hub which features the stunning Piazza del Duomo. The site contains an exceptional outdoor museum which displays marble sculptures that consist of white and green and pink materials. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore stands as a magnificent structure which features Brunelleschi's groundbreaking Dome design that contrasts with Giotto's slender Bell Tower.

The Baptistery displays its famous bronze doors which include its eastern gate that Michelangelo considered so attractive that he named them the "Gates of Paradise." The historical path leads you to Piazza della Signoria which serves as the city political center where the Palazzo Vecchio stands like a fortress while decorative statues include a duplicate of Michelangelo's David.

The Basilica of Santa Croce provides the final stop of the tour which exists in one of Florence's oldest public squares. This church serves as the burial site for famous figures such as Michelangelo and Galileo and Machiavelli.

Your authentic lunch experience will take place at a traditional Tuscan restaurant which operates from the historic Piazza Santa Croce where you can experience authentic local cuisine.

You can spend the afternoon according to your personal schedule. The optional Uffizi Gallery excursion provides an opportunity to experience Rome's artistic heritage because it contains masterpieces from Botticelli and da Vinci and Raphael.

We will depart after breakfast to travel north to Bologna which serves as a scholarly city famous for its medieval towers and extensive porticoes and its status as Italy's culinary center. 

The guided walking tour will begin after your arrival at the historic center which contains its most charming attractions. Start your walk at Piazza Malpighi then continue walking through the limitless porticoes which bring you to the city's bustling core at Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore. The fountain of Neptune and the medieval architecture of Palazzo del Podestà and the Basilica of San Petronio which stands as the largest brick Gothic church in existence will be visible from this location.

The next part of the program will provide you with an authentic experience which showcases Bologna's famous food traditions. The city develops its well-known culinary traditions through the street food stalls and food markets which create a lively atmosphere filled with authentic local dining experiences. Your gastronomic journey ends with a special light lunch at a chosen local restaurant which serves traditional dishes from the region.

The afternoon brings our departure from Bologna as we head to Venice which exists as a city built on water and surrounded by lagoons. You will check into your hotel in Mestre where you will enjoy a peaceful night before discovering the magical attractions of Venice which will be available to you on the following day.

Your Venetian adventure starts at St. Mark’s Square which you reach after a short transfer from breakfast. Your guided walking tour will lead you through this architectural wonder which combines impossible design with advanced engineering techniques. You will explore the stunning square itself before delving into the magnificent Doge’s Palace.

The Gothic masterpiece functioned as a palace and served as the main power center of the Venetian Republic because it functioned as the Doge's residence and government office and court system. Prisoners used the Bridge of Sighs to connect the palace with the prisons which served as their last place to see the world before they entered imprisonment.

Your guide will take you to experience traditional Venetian life through a typical aperitivo which will serve as the final part of your cultural experience. You can enjoy a classic Spritz or sparkling Prosecco while you taste a variety of cicchetti which represent authentic Venetian dining.

The afternoon allows you to explore the canal system while finding secret locations throughout the city according to your wishes. The lagoon's artistic beauty can be experienced through an optional trip to Burano's vibrant island and Murano's glass-making center.

You will return to your hotel for a peaceful night of sleep.

We say our goodbye to Venice after breakfast and leave from Piazzale Roma to travel south through Tuscany which people around the world recognize for its picturesque rolling hills and its historic churches and its medieval castles and its outstanding wine production.

We travel to the famous Val di Chiana which leads us to stop at the beautiful hilltop town of Montepulciano. This medieval gem contains valuable historical and artistic Etruscan knowledge but its main attraction happens to be its production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano which represents one of Italy's most esteemed wines. You will receive the opportunity to visit its steep narrow streets while you taste this famous wine at a nearby wine cellar.

The authentic flavor of Tuscany exists at lunch which you will enjoy in a traditional restaurant that serves regional dishes with local wines.

We will spend our free time after lunch to enjoy the last beautiful views of Tuscan countryside before we proceed with our travel plans. You will check into your hotel for the night after we return to the Eternal City of Rome in the evening.

The day begins with breakfast which leads into a full day dedicated to exploring incredible artistic and historical treasures. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Square tour which we offer as a complimentary service marks the most significant attraction of Rome. Your guide will take you through the entrance which uses our special "Skip the Line" feature to help you avoid the long wait times.

The Vatican Museums house one of the world's most significant art collections which you will discover throughout your time spent there. The Visitor Center begins with the Gallery of Tapestries and the Gallery of Geographical Maps which leads to the breathtaking Raphael's Rooms.

The Sistine Chapel serves as the peak artistic experience of your visit because it allows visitors to view Michelangelo's exceptional ceiling frescoes and his powerful Last Judgment.

The tour finishes at St. Peter's Square which features the stunning St. Peter's Basilica exterior that represents the largest church in Christendom.

You have the entire day to discover all the attractions that Rome has to offer while moving at your personal preferred speed.

We start our expedition at 7:00 AM from Rome to travel southward on the famous "Autostrada del Sole" (Highway of the Sun) route. The route shows how urban areas in Lazio transform into beautiful Campania countryside landscapes. The route between two points provides breathtaking views which lead to the internationally recognized Amalfi Coast which features its dramatic cliffs that showcase lemon groves and pastel-hued villages which descend to meet the shining Mediterranean Sea.

Sorrento stands as our destination because it serves as an Amalfi Coast entry point and it possesses its own unique beauty. The town of Sorrento draws visitors because it offers three attractions which include its aromatic lemon groves and lively piazzas and its artisan shops that create stunning ceramic products and intarsio woodwork. After you check in at your hotel you have free time until the afternoon ends when you can either walk on Corso Italia or find and visit old churches or take time to enjoy the breathtaking sea views.

The optional Amalfi Coast excursion provides an opportunity to experience its breathtaking beauty at its deepest level. 

At nightfall the group comes together for a complimentary dinner at your hotel space which lets you recount your daily experiences to others who joined you (dress code smart casual).

Overnight: Sorrento

You will reach the port for your maritime adventure after a short transfer from your breakfast location. The boat will take you to the Isle of Capri which has been known as a mythological treasure since ancient times while its natural beauty and glamorous appeal have attracted emperors and artists and travelers throughout history. The island's main port Marina Grande continues to present its enchanting atmosphere. You will use a small rowboat to enter the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) which shows its magical beauty through sunlight that passes into the underwater space and creates an incredible blue light that fills the cave. The complete day is available for you to explore the special attractions of Capri. Visitors have the option to dine at a seaside trattoria where they can choose to try a fresh insalata caprese dish for lunch (which is not included). Visitors have two options to spend their time which include ascending to Piazzetta in Capri town for people-watching and boutique shopping or taking a bus to Anacapri which offers stunning views from Monte Solaro. Our group will meet again in the afternoon at the port for our beautiful boat trip back to Sorrento. The situation will give you free time to enjoy Sorrento

At Sorrento, we will have breakfast and then learn to walk through its lemon-scented streets while we search for artisanal products to buy.

Our final travel segment starts at 1:30 PM when we travel north to Rome. The first stop on our route brings us to the Archaeological Site of Pompeii which UNESCO World Heritage Site status designates as an unforgettable destination.

You will enter the remarkably preserved ancient Roman city through the special access which allows you to bypass waiting lines while your local guide accompanies you. Visitors will use personal audio headsets to explore the streets which remained unchanged since Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. The site displays all aspects of Roman life from bakeries that contain petrified loaves of bread to luxurious villas that showcase complex mosaic designs which provide visitors with an authentic experience of Roman life from almost 2000 years ago.

We will take our coach to complete the final part of our journey home to Rome which we will reach in the evening.

The airport transfer service operates from the final drop-off point to all three Rome airports at Roma in Rome Italy.
