Egypt on a Budget with Nile Cruise

Day 1 Welcome

Your Egypt Tours representative will be present and help you at Cairo International Airport, and take care of all your steps through passport control, luggage area, and customs. Subsequently, a private air-conditioned car will take you to your hotel. Stay overnight in Cairo.

Day 2 Pyramids of Giza

Once you have had your breakfast, you will have a trip by car to the Giza Sultanate where you will see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus as well as the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Next, visit the Egyptian Museum where the amazing Tanis treasure collection is just one of the many splendid pharaonic artifacts on display. Then return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 3 Luxor (Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple)

Morning check-out from the hotel, followed by a transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met, assisted, and then taken by an air-conditioned vehicle to board your 5-star Nile cruise in Egypt for check-in. After lunch on the ship, visit the magnificent Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Dinner and overnight on a Nile cruise ship.

Day 4 Valley of the Kings & the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

Aft-er your breakfast on the Nile cr-uise, Excursion to the Valley of the Kings, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, set sail to Edfu. Enjoy a relaxing dinner on the Nile cruise. Stay overnight on board the Nile cruise.

Day 5 Edfu Temple

Post-breakfast on the Nile cruise, the guests will then be taken to Edfu where there is a Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus preserved beautifully. The boat will then be heading to Kom Ombo where the Temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, is located. Lunch will be served on the boat. After that, the Nile cruise ship will continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner will be served and the night will be spent on board.

Day 6 Aswan ( High Dam & the Unfinished Obelisk )

Post breakfast onboard the Nile, spend a day looking over the sights of Aswan. Your first stop will be at the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk. Then you will visit the lovely Temple of Philae, which is dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. Sail and move around Elephantine Island by a local felucca boat. Dinner and overnight on board Nile Cruise.

Day 7 Back to Cairo

Disembark your Nile cruise after breakfast, and transfer by plane to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo where you will be greeted and assisted at the airport and taken to your hotel. Stay overnight in Cairo.

Set off from the breakfast table for the airport Cairo International Airport for departure.

I was really excited about going to Egypt, but I had concerns that the company might not be legitimate or that the trip wouldn’t include everything promised after making an upfront payment. To my surprise, my expectations were exceeded beyond anything I could have imagined.
