Uganda–Off the Beaten-Path Expedition

Step into the heart of Uganda through the Off-the-Beaten-Path Expedition of 15 days, a thrilling tour to the country's least visited places, the ancient paths, and the vibrant wildlife.

Your journey begins in Entebbe and Kampala and then the East takes you to the Nyero Rock Paintings and the breathtaking Sipi Falls. The Sasa Trail of Mount Elgon will be conquered, and the Wagagai Peak will be reached for the spectacular panoramic view of the largest volcanic caldera in Africa. The tour continues to Mount Moroto and Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve where golden savannahs, the home of zebras, antelopes, and ostriches, are stretching infinitely.

Murchison Falls National Park, with a boat cruise on the Nile and a hike to the thundering waterfall, will let you feel the raw power of Uganda. Budongo Forest is to be explored, then Kibale Forest for lovely hikes and close encounters with wildlife at Queen Elizabeth National Park through the classic game drives and Kazinga Channel boat safari filled with hippos, crocs, and colorful birds.

The magical Bwindi Impenetrable Forest holds a walking safari from Buhoma to Nkuringo and the unparalleled chance of a gorilla tracking expedition. The trip ends with a challenging climb to the summit of Mount Sabyinyo where the three countries—Uganda, Rwanda, and DR Congo—meet, and the stunning, volcanic views, and even golden monkeys await.

Across the whole of the Uganda, this expedition represents the wildness of nature—waterfalls, volcanoes, dense rainforests, and savannahs—being the ideal fit for a true explorer who wants to have an adventure of an authentic African experience.
