We’ll pick you up from your accommodation at 9am. On the first leg of your 4-day Morocco Desert Tour, you’ll travel through the high atlas mountains of Tizi N’tichka. Enjoy breathtaking views and explore the Berber villages. Enjoy lunch in one of the local restaurants that serve very fresh tajines and barbecue meat (lamb or beef). After the pass, leave the principal route to reach Kasbah Telouet (Kasbah Glaoui Pacha of Marrakech). Follow the lovely Ounila Valley to the Ait Ben Haddou UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit this fortified village, which has served as the setting for many worldwide films for years. It is effectively a living museum with a large number of residences. After, we leave towards the Agdez oasis for an overnight stay in one of its tranquil guesthouses.

Leave Agdz and head towards Rissani. This town is of historical importance and once marked the crossroads of the West African caravan routes and is the origin of the establishment of the Alaouite dynasty (17th Century), the dynasty that still holds power in Morocco today. Here is where you can experience authentic local culture. trying the specialty of the Berber pizza. the best part is that you can buy the meat directly from the butcher and take it to the bakery to bake the Medfouna (berber pizza) for you. After lunch, we’ll travel through the scenic Tafilalt Oasis to reach the Sahara Desert.
